Weeks Learning

Welcome (back) readers to my Blog.

Sorry about my last post. I forgot to publish it on the first week. I just published it today. But the whole of New Zealand is in lockdown! All of the city's but Auckland is in level 4 for three days. But we're in Auckland and they say it's closest to Coromandel so Auckland is now in level 4 for a whole week! Can you believe that!?! It started on the previous Tuesday. So I think every Ako Hiko School in New Zealand are doing distance learning. Which is why I'm doing this Blog Post in the middle of lockdown.

Today I finished the Goldilocks Task. It was pretty easy considering there were 4 Tasks. On Task 1 we had to write what we remember about Goldilocks in no more than 4 sentences. I didn't do that. I practically wrote the whole story in a doc. But then when I saw it I did what I remembered in 4 sentences just like it said in the Task. On Task 2 we had to watch the video or read the story. Then we had to ask ourselves if Goldilocks was a criminal or not. And if she should face consequences. On task 3 we had to decide whether or not Goldilocks was a criminal. I decided she was in between criminal and innocent. But that wasn't an option so I picked criminal instead. I wrote down why she was a criminal and what consequence she would have. Task 4 was pretty easy. We just needed to go on the link that our teacher put on the slide and put our names underneath what we thought she was. A Criminal or a Victim. Obviously I chose criminal because nobody I know has gone into a random house, eats the food on their table, sits on their chairs (and breaks one as well!), and sleeps in all of their beds. Then just runs out like nothing happened at all! And I wouldn't either. Anyway moving on to the Math slides (some people say Maths with an s when it's really just Math).

I finished one slide in Math because I couldn't figure out what a Dot Plot is and how to make one! The Mathsisfun website didn't help either. Anyway the slide I finished only had one task (that's how I finished it so quickly). It was about the ethnic composition in 2006. We had to make I notice and I wonder statements that include because for some reason. My I notice statement was that the others only had 1 percent because the NZ Europeans had 57 percent. And I completely forgot my I wonder statement and I can't be bothered searching for it.

That's all I did today excluding this Blog Post that I'm doing right now. So that is it for this weeks Blog Post and I will see you on my next Post (which is going to be next week).
